It's gone down here in the last week by probably .10 or more. My son (of all people) was explaining to me that if you buy a barrel at a high price, you will sell it at a high price even when you buy barrels at lower prices later because after all you want to get your "top dollar" back.

However, this gas thing is all but ridiculous (ok it's ridiculous) Especially so for you guys in Alaska where you have a PIPELINE!

That makes NO sense to me at all on any level.

;-)

Hey Richard,

Yeah I know prices are crazy in Europe. I noticed that when I was there. When I went to Ireland, I think it converted to around $8 US. What are we complaining about? :-)

Really makes you think twice about where you're driving. It's too bad many cities don't have a good public transportation system in place. I do think a lot of people will start car pooling and doing what they can to save on fuel costs though. The cost of fuel in rural Alaska is astounding. Thanks for the comment and the stumble.

I live in France and I just went and filled up the gas tank. I have a 50 liter tank and I put in 50 liters, so that looks like their tank is bigger than the book says.

50 liters at 1.467 euro per liter and 73.35 euro for a full tank.

3.78541178 liters = 1US gallon

5.55 euro a gallon OR 8.70 US Dollar per gallon

So a full tank cost $114.99.

Stumbled.
