YOGA TODAY - FREE ONLINE CLASS
One of my all time favorite exercise websites. They offer a new class each day, and throughout the week, you can stream any of the classes from that week. FOR FREE. The classes used to be available for download through Itunes and I website called IM or Instant Media, but now you can only stream them. I think in the future they may offer a subscription or make old episodes available for purchase. If you’ve every been interested in checking out some yoga classes, but don’t want to spend the money to attend, or rent/buy videos you’re not sure about, Yoga Today has three excellent instructors, all with a different approaches and yoga specialties. Sarah Kline is my favorite instructor. Grab your mat, and check out some shows!
